The Humanamics Group was established to support system development teams with human factors expertise integrated early, when design decisions have the greatest influence on performance, risk, and downstream cost.
We work alongside engineers, designers, and program leaders to ensure that user needs, operational context, and human-system interactions are considered before designs are locked in. Our focus is on helping teams identify potential usability and human factors risks early, evaluate interfaces and workflows, and translate insights into practical design guidance that fits within existing systems and development processes.
The Humanamics Group operates as a focused consultancy, providing senior-level expertise without unnecessary overhead, and engaging where clarity and informed decision-making are most needed.

Rochelle Jones is the founder and principal consultant of The Humanamics Group, with over 17 years of industry experience in systems engineering, project management, and complex system development.
Her background includes supporting multidisciplinary teams in engineering-driven environments, including work with government clients and defense contracting organizations. Across these roles, Rochelle has contributed throughout the system development lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition to testing and post-implementation, bringing a structured, systems-oriented perspective to decision-making.
Rochelle holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Human Factors, along with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Systems Engineering, and is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional.
